most mods are updated for B19 already. imo no reason to stay on B18 anymoreFloiven wrote:Yeah, not sure on the 1.0 ETA since it's being left intentionally vague so that he has time to finish it, so that's fine. Went to check and see if .19 was worth upgrading to, but I think I'll go back to .18 to use the huge modlist I've compiled over time, there's not really much in .19 that is worth the headache of getting everything running together again.
Overextension alone gave me -6 diplo repCosmicScientist wrote:>-9 diplo rep
did you annex three at once? It stacks?! I miss the times of -1 diplo rep or at least I think it was that.
what maps have you been playing liggaXSI wrote: For the emphasis the Vietnam war had on guerrilla warfare, the maps sure as fuck don't lend themselves to it. It's all a straight push with essentially no chance to flank the enemy

I can fly helicopters fairly well myself. Landing them though. That's an entirely different beast
Landing them in a way that I can walk away from it that is. Making it get on the ground is easy. Making the heli and squad in it survive that is not
The plot was sophisticated and I never learned the identity of the plotter. Could have been anyone, he was quite hated as well. Probably a Duke, but there were many enemies in the realm. It doesn't help that since everyone hated him the only loyal Spymaster he could hire was his own mother.Malkevin wrote:But who killed the king?
The fact that you didn't play an entry-tier MMO before won't be a problem you silly goose.Deitus wrote:ive never played wow before though, so i dunno if that'd be a problem
fuckin game is amazing. Plus all of the mods for it. I was tinkering with the 40k mod the other day.PKPenguin321 wrote:You ignored Rimworld?
for me mods made the experience several magnitudes better (right up until i completely broke the game). rimworld mods are rich in both simple QoL/UI stuff and new features/balance overhauls, and there's an incredible amount of variety and content to experience. not sure what you mean by "mods being mods," sound a bit handwaveyXSI wrote:Every single time I check, Rimworld looks like it's one of those 'Almost great' games that just never gets there
Mods try, but being mods, they don't always manage to help
Standing Orders were removed from the Lazy Newb pack because Toady added them natively to the manage jobs screen.CosmicScientist wrote:New word for steam's not interested option because... I don't know but I hear there was a database or system migration since a fair number of users had their data deleted, especially those who hit not interested on all items in the shop for shits and giggles.PKPenguin321 wrote:You ignored Rimworld?
Or if that's not what you meant, I just didn't like the design direction and a lot of the small things despite it being dorf fort but with a user interface and a way to set up continuous jobs of make X until you have Y then ignore until stockpile is down to Z that was removed from the lazy newb pack on dorf at some point. Still don't know why turrets, deadfall trap corridors and killboxes filled with attack-preventing boulders became the norm after Tynan said he was upset his wild western shooter simulation was being ignored before the deadfall traps existed.
Did Tynan ever fix the I crash landed on this planet that apparently had my mother in a pirate raid so now I'm going to set the colony on fire because she died?
