Move the Belt layer below the Suit layer
This suggestion is very basic. Simply move the belt layer below the suit layer on the mob sprite. To illustrate my point, take a look at this picture:
The detective on the left is after the belt layer is moved down, the detective on the right is how it looks right now. Doesn't the one on the left look much better?
The only problem that this might have is that you couldn't see belts above hardsuits, spacesuits, and other fully-covering suits. But, I personally think that's a small price to pay for an aesthetic tweak that has been bothering me for some time. Let me know what you think!

Who wears a tool belt inside their clothes? You can't reach them.

That's what I said.Giacom wrote:Who wears a tool belt inside their clothes? You can't reach them.
Also I think there should be a poll.

Re: Move the Belt layer below the Suit layer
Uh.
I think the "small price to pay" is quite reverse. In order to see toolbelts above spacesuits, we have to see them above the detective's coat.
Really not a big/common enough issue to justify changing it.

Alright, how about a variable? If it's set to 1, it appears below the suit. If it's set to 0, it appears above the suit. Also, added a poll.

Re: Move the Belt layer below the Suit layer
A verb to choose between both versions maybe? IDK if that's actually possible.

Re: Move the Belt layer below the Suit layer
Don't we already have verbs to flip caps, button up labcoats, put up hoods on winter coats, and roll down jumpsuits? Are those niche too?
I personally would like having this, wearing a toolbelt/sec belt over a jacket always looks incredibly silly to me.

uhhhhhhhh pretty not niche. not really niche at all. they can be used for a lot of shit practically.
