Yeah and it's great because most of the goals the miscreants get, atleast for assistants, are pretty easy to do and it's not hard to keep them completed. The conflict they create is also pretty cool.

I've heard goon has those "special" traitors that don't have any TCs or powers whatsoever. We need this as a side antag, IMO.

People already do this, antag or no. We'd have to crack down on the non-antags who do miscreant stuff if these were added (and then ban the miscreants who murderbone people instead of stealing Medical's medkits).
