yeah and even if they did inject you, the disease nanomachines give you has a pretty big delay, so it's not like the transformation would be instant

i dont think you can even do that with those kinds of diseases but even if you could that would still be really awesome in terms of antagonist cooperation

We had this in the past (service borgs got roboburgers), letting one emagged borg turn into 15 emagged borgs was pretty out of control.

There's a reason the malf module is 100 cycles, has a long cooldown and immovable.
Medibots could do with a slightly more powerful toxin though.

The medbots should be more subtle and inject whatever the regenerative materia blob injects. Rogue medbot makes you think you're fine as you slowly die from poison and eventually drop dead while screaming WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

I remember the one round a mediborg managed to get access to the nanomachines reagent, and proceeded to casually inject people in the hallways. Not even I realized what the borg had done until I was halfway though the virus stages. It was genius.
