It would be nice meme or funny feature if participating clown in Nar'Sie summon will distrupt ritual and as result Instead of Nar'Sie Honk-Mother or Clown-corrupted Nar'Sie would be summoned.
Variants of realisation:
- Head of Cult/Cult member Clown, while makes Nar'Sie summon rune makes rune wrong a bit so while rune is fully activated it summons Honk-Mother - goddess of all clowns
- Cult member Clown, while is part of Nar'Sie Summon (one, who activates it) distrupts space-time magic and summon Honk-mother
- Participating Cult member Clown makes Nar'Sie to spawn with Clown clothes on her

I like the idea that a clown cult head does it all the time but I think the other two should have only a small chance, so it stays fresh.
