Rounds have been going extremely fast on sybil where gateways cannot even be opened. This is annoying because there is content (like specific mobs) locked behind these gateways. Overall I think that only on servers where rounds unfortunately do go faster this should be changed.

i'm not interested in changing this just due to some outlier rounds you may be experiencing, here's a graph of the average round times we've had, sorted by map. i don't think it's an overall issue needing addressed.
