Your Side of the Story: <as i went away for three hours and couldn't even check discord i was muted (refer to picture 1), i was apparently muted for "unsavory/creepy content" without any warns or anything. I noticed the mute when i got home and whether it was a joke or a bait to use forums, or even someone reported my behaviour, i was stunned, as i did not get any warns at all and i was acting just as the whole PRC chat was.>
Why You Think You Should Be Unbanned: <It was surely unfair as it is how PRC acts all the time, and it looks to me like i'm some sort of scapegoat at this point. I'm aware i did make alot of weird jokes but i always made some sort of post scriptum for people to understand that i'm joking and not to make anybody feel uneasy or worse. I tried contacting the admin that muted me afterwards, to understand why he did not warn me about my behaviour nor provided any particular examples of it (refer to picture 2), after which i was ignored, as the admin kept talking in the other chats later and the next day. I never had any intentions of weirding anybody out, as pretty much all i usually say is irony. In my opinion it's a big joke or some way to force me into using the forum, but even if someone did ever report me, i think it's a person that neither appears in past round chat, nor does the person like me, so i think it was rather a way for someone to get me down or something, as most of the people of PRC are aware of the chat being a big joke, even looking at the name that is usually changed or weird automod rules/muting/banning actions put in as a joke.>

I do not know how giving you a timeout would be "a bait to use forums" when you already have a forum account and have used it to appeal a ban.

We do not require you to have a warning for a higher action to be taken for the first offense punished by staff. The content you posted has generally been significantly worse than what I have seen in the rest of #Past-round-chat and I will catch up with the rest of the moderation today. I do not mind if you post a filter triggered word every once in a while for laughs or use it slightly sexually in context.

I am a semi active member of the community after all and enjoy chatting in the TGMC discord and spending time with other people there. Our admin policy on all administrative matters is to never handle them through D(irect)M(essage)s. The only two actions I could take are either to ignore the dm or to respond with "We do not resolve admin matters in dms." The latter is usually a more inflammatory response that seems to frustrate users and lead to them pinging me another 6 or so times. I had already pinged you in the discord directing you to appeal on the forums and you chose to do so.

The rest of your appeal is seems to be attempting to either downplay a what if character or myself; therefore, the only thing I have to comment on is that the automod was never intended to be a joke according to the guy who set it up and he believed it would reduce the amount of banned terms being used in a sexual context. We now moderate it by manual review though this process can sometimes be slow, I apologize for that aspect as there are plenty of miscellaneous use cases that bog down my time.

Here will be my evidence section; feel free to find any "post scriptum" that you added in these instances, and I will take that into consideration.

This is very odd to me and doesn't go with the flow of the conversation. Seems like pure shock humor if it is that which gets stale when you look at prc for a few days.

You said cum a lot for no discernable reason, and it was directed at another player. Seems like an attention ploy if anything.

3.
Very close to an acceptable interaction but falls short when you say "eat my ass y'all".

4.
I would say this is unacceptable under nearly any circumstance and our precedent is in agreement.

5.
Truly just guh.

Feel free to post any counter evidence for these five points showing they were contextually acceptable. If no counter claims are posted, then I will automatically close and deny this appeal in 2 days. Have a good one.

that does not look good, that is true, and i did not say that i was ironic that many times, these are the only times i did



and believe me or not, this has nothing to do with me being horny/weird/kinky or even doing the "attention play". It is truly the way i make my jokes. However yes, i admit i was wrong and I am ready to wait the whole timeout as it is, except the next time(if there will be any) i'd love to recieve a warning before a timeout. Nobody really told me i was wrong, not even the members and i did not see that myself, so i thought it was normal.

That is a far cry from "i always made some sort of post scriptum for people to understand that i'm joking and not to make anybody feel uneasy or worse." If you do continue to make these kinds of uncomfortable and questionable posts, then you will be punished the same or worse than this instance.
