Winter storm's atmosphere will be similar to the first times you played SS13 and explored.
The tunnel is cold and dank. There is all sorts of litter floating in the dirty water.
There is no lighting here. The tunnel is long. Up ahead is a narrow hallway with a single ladder.
You don't want to explore here anymore.
