Detailed summary: Okay, so, as I'm timelocked out of heads and sec roles, I want assistant. Round started off good. I broke into brig and the detective told me to get out. Later, I break in again, detective catches me, fires at me with a revolver, I am hit, I disable him with an energy gun and disposal him. I steal 2-3 energy guns and 2-3 laser guns and give all but 2 of them to science. I am non-antag. I go back to get more for the scientists as they asked for more, and "Secret-Throws"- unsure what his OOC name is comes out and beats me to crit after stunning me. I'm in crit, bleeding to death in the dark, in permabrig. I PM the admin for help, he basically tells me if I'm acting like an antag I need to just be murdered by security without sec even trying to just cuff and arrest me like security is supposed to do.

Basically, he outright told me to make an admin complaint and so I am. He refused to take any action whatsoever for shitcurity beating me to death. I mean, he could have cuffed me, stunned me, questioned me, something. But he instantly beat me to death.

If I have misread the rules, I sincerely apologize. I don't know. As security, am I allowed to beat people to death on the spot for breaking into brig and using stun weapons? I mean, stun them, and then make sure they stay down, and then beat them to death while they are helpless and cannot cause any harm whatsoever.

This is not a mocking question, I am genuinely curious, because if so, security's going to be more fun than I thought.

The 'act like an antag, get treated like one' part of Rule 5 of the main rules also apply to security. Stunning an officer repeatedly, using lethal or restricted weapons on them, disrupting the arrests or sentences of dangerous criminals, or damaging the brig, are examples of behaviour that may make you valid for security under Rule 5. Make sure players deserve it when you treat them as an antag, when in doubt, err on the side of caution as poor behaviour on the part of security will not be tolerated.

You stole the armory as a non-antagonist, got robusted by an officer, and then adminhelped. You're lucky you didn't get banned for banbaiting.

Yeah you deserved what you got, if you steal weapons from the armoury and attack security you deserve to be executed.
