so if i have a old revision of a code base
i make a huge implementation in the south part of the map ( a entire town )
and someone else merges a huge implementation in the north part of the map (a entire cave system)
the map merger will have no problem merging the two even if i maybe edited titles and some code in the north part of the map for assets that are all over the map (changed the name of guns and meds, never moved anything)
right?

Re: map merging
Nope, it's essentially a text replacer, it neither knows nor cares about what the changes are.
Although keep in mind it doesn't actually merge files together - that's done by hand - if that's what you were thinking of.
Just to be safe you may want to use the DMM version as well if you're using old code.
